Is it possible to add Automation permissions?

There is an App called "Tab Switcher" on the App Store which needs Safari Automation permissions.
Is it possible to use tccplus to add this permission manually?

I tried adding AppleEvents but that didn't work, it doesn't even show up in the Settings.
Tried adding permissions for All but that had the same effect(nothing)

Just wondering if I am missing something?
