Ideally a user would be able to install a single package whose setup asks some basic questions like
- Where are your data files located
- What's the name of your project
- What are your data collections
- What metadata do you have to go with them
- Etc.
And then after a setup process, you'd have a web page you could visit with your data all cataloged in Solr and ready for viewing, exploring, and downloading.
