switching workspaces results in the previous window still being shown in the new workspace (i3wm + fastcompmgr)

This bug gets fixed if I kill fastcompmgr.

If I'm in workspace 1 with a window open and I switch to workspace 2, I can still see the window from workspace 1 being displayed in workspace 2.
