This page summarises capabilities verified in the live Campaign Manager demo portal during the 8 September 2026 product audit, together with established product behaviour used in current deployments.
Campaign Manager brings political structure, supporter/member records, electoral geography, polling-unit operations, agents, internal communication and election-day monitoring into one campaign system.
The live demo verified national campaign coverage across:
- 6 Regions
- 37 States (including FCT in the displayed national total)
- 109 Senatorial Districts
- 360 Federal Constituencies
- 774 LGAs
- 8,809 Wards
- 176,846 Polling Units
These are the totals displayed by Campaign Manager's current geography dataset.
The Super Admin dashboard combines:
- political/geographic coverage metrics;
- Regular Members and Polling Unit Agents;
- Coordinators / Admins;
- Eligible Voters and members Without Voter Card;
- new-member activity;
- election statistics;
- member distribution analytics by geography and demographic dimensions.
This gives campaign leadership one place to see organisation coverage and mobilisation readiness.
Campaign Manager supports hierarchy-aware dashboards and member coverage views that drill from national operations into Regions, States, LGAs, Wards and Polling Units where relevant to the configured campaign scope.
Members can be viewed by Region, State, LGA, Ward and Polling Unit. Aggregate coverage screens show totals without requiring public exposure of individual member records.
Campaign Manager can be adapted to the identity of the campaign organisation, including campaign colours, logos and visible campaign branding. This allows the deployed system to present the campaign's own identity rather than looking like a generic shared portal.
The verified agent workflow includes:
- Self Request;
- Leader Nomination;
- Admin Appointment;
- Super Admin Assignment;
- status tracking for Pending, Approved, Rejected, Suspended and Revoked;
- identity and workflow-stage tracking;
- deployment to a registered Polling Unit or an authorised campaign deployment override.
See Polling Unit Agent Workflow.
The Situation Room is the core election-day operations surface. The verified interface tracks:
- Total Polling Units;
- Submitted and Pending result coverage;
- Coverage %;
- Verified Results;
- Disputed Results;
- Active Polling Units;
- Silent Polling Units;
- Total Incidents;
- incidents With Evidence and Without Evidence;
- Submission Coverage;
- Incident Evidence;
- Coverage by State;
- Operational Activity Timeline;
- latest result submissions and incidents.
The live demo exposes 23 campaign-specific roles spanning national, regional, state, senatorial, federal constituency, LGA, ward, polling-unit and member responsibilities. Role/permission management includes dedicated election and SMS permissions as well as administrative CRUD permission groups.
Verified communications surfaces include:
- Internal Communication conversations;
- Email Notifications with delivery totals/status;
- Announcements / Notice Board with audience, priority, status and publish/expiry controls;
- managed SMS permissions and service integration.
Some communication screens are intentionally not showcased publicly until privacy-safe demo content is available.
Community / Self-Hosted Campaign Manager is free to download and use. No software licence key is required.
The application distributed through the official GitHub release is the Campaign Manager product. Managed Deployment is not a separate hidden software edition; it is a service option for campaign teams that want Govware Solutions to handle infrastructure, installation, maintenance, monitoring and technical support around the same product.
Teams with their own technical capacity can self-host and manage Campaign Manager themselves. Teams that need only selected assistance can purchase optional services such as QuickStart Geography Provisioning, Professional Installation, Priority Support, Campaign SMS or customisation/integration.
Manual geography setup remains free.
