Great work! Perhaps there can be synergy between org-node and grove?

Node is even simpler in a way. I have always been impressed by Org Node is the performance, which is much better compared to Org Roam.

Thanks @BenedictHW ! I am not familiar with org-node but I will read through it to better understand. It seems impressive and genuinely fast compared to org-roam.

I think it's worth noting the design decision split here as it can shape whether synergy makes sense. Grove is title and filename-centric and intentionally stateless - so just org files and ripgrep. The tradeoff here is that I'm sure it is slower at scale than org-node when it comes to indexing.

I think these can coexist in the same config - but with that being said I do need to try it out fully 😸

If you have a specific workflow in mind that needs both, happy to dig in more! Otherwise I'll leave this open for as a discussion thread. 😄
