Convert PetVerse React + TypeScript Project to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Objective

Convert the existing PetVerse application from React + TypeScript + Vite into a standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript project.

Requirements

• Remove React and TypeScript dependencies.
• Convert all .tsx components into HTML pages.
• Replace className with class.
• Convert Tailwind CSS classes into a standalone style.css.
• Rewrite React state and event handlers using vanilla JavaScript.
• Keep the existing UI design and layout.
• Preserve all images and assets.
• Ensure the project runs by simply opening index.html in a browser.
