The solution should include automatic daily verification of registrants whose period abroad has ended. When found registrants whose period abroad expired, an automatic email should be dispatched asking the registrant to update her expected return date. If after a month the registrant doesn't update her expected return date she should be disabled and her information should not be displayed on the site anymore.
Exceptionally and only for a single time an automatic email should be dispatched to all registrants asking to fill their expected date of return to Paraguay. Registrants who have not completed their expected return date should be disabled after a month.
