I have an issue when trying to use the reverse search with the package Auto Multiple Choice. This package can create multiple version of examination questions from a single LaTeX description.
I attach hereafter a very simple example, with only one question, duplicated 3 times on each of 7 examination questions. In the PDF, all the 21 questions are coming from the same portion of code \element{example}{...}. If I execute a reverse search from any part of the PDF, the result is the last closing bracket of the \onecopy{7}{...} command on line 42. My reverse search is working perfectly when not using this package. I am using MiKTeX (updated just before) under Windows 10.
Synctex-AMC.zip (I have removed sensitive informations in files)
I suppose the problem can be generalized with packages which duplicate same portions of code multiple times in the resulting PDF.
My question is, is there any workaround for this or is it a known limitation of synctex ? I did not found any similar issues before writing here.
