feat: Implement User Switcher component for managing multiple user profiles

- Added UserSwitcher component to allow users to switch between profiles on shared devices.
- Integrated LocalUserProfileService for managing user profiles, including creating, deleting, and switching profiles.
- Updated Settings page to include a button for opening the UserSwitcher modal.
- Enhanced TableGame component to initialize player names based on the currently logged-in user.
- Modified LocalGameStorage and LocalTableGameStorage to support multi-user functionality, including saving and retrieving games by user.
- Created localUserProfileService for handling user profile data in local storage.
- Added styles for UserSwitcher component and updated existing styles for consistency.
