TNF, IL6 and CXCL8 in 4 panels

Hi Jinghua,

Since TNF, IL6 and CXCL8 occurs in 4 panels, how to handle the repeat measurment? Take average or take some separately? Is there any recommendation from your experience?

We only did a pilot study without thorough investigation -- however we were not sure if the four panels were exactly comparable so it make sense to obtain association results from all of them.
