"+Expand All" button should change to "-Collapse All" when all sections are expanded

Thanks for the package Jiena.

One minor bug I found today is when you expand all sections one by one, the "+Expand All" button isn't becoming "-Collapse All".

Ideally it can switch to "-Collapse All" when all sections are expanded.

An extension to this thread, the button can change to '+ Expand All' once again when all items are manually collapsed.
