Not refresh auth after API call

2. but will not auto update
   
3. manually, refresh localhost:3000
   auth refreshed and worked

@victorwtn could you please check your tokens.json have a refresh token or not?

And finally anthropic supports oauth 2.1, I'm thinking to implement this. I know it is annoying to run "npm run auth" everyday.
