Properties/variables in addition to "globalVars" with document-scope

"globalVars" under Extras->Configuration are set system wide.
"Edit Data" Properties are set page wide.

It would be nice to have an option for document wide properties / variables.
For example: To have a title block with always the same document name/drawing number over several pages.

There have been dicussions about global variables, but those don't help, if you want to apply the property over the whole file and several pages and not system wide.
