While we can revoke certificates, we don't seem to do anything with that information other than record it. There's no way of communicating that with users. Does the ACME spec offer a place to do this, perhaps when retrieving existing orders? We need to research what is expected of an ACME-compatibel CA when a certificate is revoked and apply it.
