Should this work with a flight stick?

I have a ps4 thrustmaster flight stick (hotas 4) that is compatible with ps5 as a specialty peripheral and a g27 racing wheel and was able to get the wheel to work but only for a few minutes before it stops working and needs reset.

If it should work, do you have any suggestions on what I could attempt?

I haven't tested with this particular device, but in general it should work with any of the specialty peripherals, it shouldn't matter that it's a flight stick and we're using it to emulate a racing wheel.

There might be some lower level incompatibility where the Pico can't talk to the flight stick at all. There is no easy way to troubleshoot it with this project, but you could install HID Remapper on your Pico and see if it registers any inputs from the flight stick (on the configuration website in the Monitor tab).

They don't use exactly the same library versions so it's not a guarantee that if it works in one then it works in the other but if it doesn't work in HID Remapper then it's some indication that there's some hardware issue and it probably won't be easy to get it to work.
