Support deeplinks

I would like to directly open a specific Picogame via a (game) launcher such as LudiHub or Launcher widgets.

Steps:

1. Long press a game
2. See a deeplink share option
3. Copy the deeplink
4. Paste the deeplink in e.g. LudiHub, Launcher
5. Tap the game in eg LudiHub
6. Open the game in Pocket8

Examples of existing apps with deeplink support are Delta, Provenance which looks like:

It is actually supported, just not well documented, because it's meant to be used to launch games from Lexaloffle's BBS. I found this code comment in App.vue:

// handle: pocket8://play?id=...

The function below it calls another function called handleDeepLink, which starts like this:

So basically the URL scheme looks like pocket8://play?[id], where [id] is the filename of whatever cart you want to launch, by default the BBS ID of that cart. For example, the ID for Celeste is #15133, and it is visible on the BBS page as shown below:

This should also work for non-BBS games (if there are any) or WIP projects not yet published to BBS, just drop them in the Pocket8/Carts folder in the Files app in .p8.png format and use the filename as the ID. It should work. You also don't need to have BBS carts already added before doing this, since the app includes logic to download carts by BBS ID (which is how it saves them from the BBS in the first place)
