wiki should describe how projects are documented and organized (using template).

• Home / Overview: What the organization does, main domains (e.g., exhibits, tools, infra), and links to key repos like your org-directory index.
• How to find projects: Explain the central index repo, naming conventions such as exhibits-, tools-, and how to search by topics and status (Active, Maintenance, Archived).
• Onboarding for new devs: Step‑by‑step “start here” path: join the org, clone repos, follow the project README template, and who to contact for access.
