Reproduction steps

1. start a Jenkins 2.516/2.517 and install the plugin
2. create a folder called "folder" and go into it
3. click on the hamburger menu and click purge build queue

Expected Results

the build queue is purged (although it is empty) and you get redirected back to the "folder"

Actual Results

the queue is not purged and you get a 404 at $JENKINS_URL}/job/folder/purge-build-queue/purge/
