Reproduction steps

• Run - googleStorageUpload bucket: gcpStorageUrl, credentialsId: gcpCreds, pattern: pattern, showInline: true
• Click on the Google Cloud Storage Upload Report (gcsObjects) link in Jenkins
• Click on the gcpStorageUrl link.
• Get in GCP: URL not found. The link is https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/gcpStorageUrl

Expected Results

If you add to the modify the link from https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/gcpStorageUrl
and add browser after the storage- https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/gcpStorageUrl you will get to the expected GCP page.

Actual Results

GCP link is transferred to: URL not found

This worked a few months ago. After upgrading to latest version, the issue started to occur.
