[JENKINS-70228] EnvInject configurations change to traditional Chinese after upgrading #652

Description

@jenkins-infra-bot

I just upgraded Environment Inject Plugin from 2.4.0 to 2.892.v25453b_80e595

Before upgrading, almost everything in the Jenkins UI was in English except a few (e.g. job starting time) are in simplified Chinese which I can live with.

After upgrading, every configuration and help message added by the EnvInject plugin is in traditional Chinese whereas everything else is still in English.

Is it because EnvInject is detecting system language and displaying configurations and help messages accordingly? It still doesn't make sense as my system language is SIMPLIFIED Chinese yet those configurations are in TRADITIONAL Chinese.

I'm not a fan of localization, especially those doing it wrong. I'd like EnvInject configurations on my Jenkins to go back to English so that it is consistent with the whole Jenkins UI. Is it possible?
