Backup prompt

After eight days Red Notebook prompts for backup. I would like for users to be able to set the number of days for when the prompt appears, so we can change it from eight days. thanks,

Alternatively... just add a preference that allows "Automatic backup", so it doesn't prompt, it just backs up. I say yes to backup every time it asks and always use the same backup folder, so all these clicks are unnecessary. Just back up automatically please!
