Adding del button

i add delete button to calculator, but in javascript i write a code its not working, when i write code by my own method it work , but i want to know your method bcz your one i way more cleaner, so plz if you provide the button code for me it will be very helpful.

@Boraq99 I've created a wipe() function that sets the value of the display variable (which represents the input element) to 0 and simply added an onclick() event to the button in my HTML. Sorry for such a delayed response
