SystemD location for Debian based systems is most likely not correct.

[confluent::systemd::unit](https://github.com/jcustenborder/puppet-confluent/blob/master/manifests/systemd/unit.pp#L25) is hardcoding the path for systemd unit files to `/usr/lib/systemd/system/`. This most likely is not correct on Debian and Ubuntu.
