Add further favicon sizes to support mobile devices

https://github.com/audreyfeldroy/favicon-cheat-sheet mentions a variety of different strategies for supporting different devices with various favicon/touch icon sizes. We should add support for the "optional" options 1 and 2 into CookBook.
