Add support for Cursor hooks

Problem statement

It seems hooks are only supported for Claude Code by Overstory. Therefore, Cursor users don't get all the nice things such as traceability or structural enforcement of tool usage.

Proposed solution

Cursor does support hooks: https://cursor.com/docs/hooks

Would be good to have them in Overstory as well.
