Something weird is happening to the location of the image while taking a screenshot, copying it to the clipboard, or scanning it with OCR

steps to reproduce

• Open the run dialog
• select the run dialog itself into the frame
• press R

actual behavior

The run dialog text isn't reported

expected behavior

Some of the text in the run dialog is detected, as Windows OCR can find some of this text

Another problem I think is related

As cloud vision isn't compatible with NVDA 2026 and seems to not be developed anymore, I tried to use this add-on in combination with the be my eyes Windows app as a workaround. When I took a screenshot of one desktop icon, it described other icons as well.
