chore: Modernize config

The current config has weird naming back from when there was no table separation (f_poweroff, poweroff, e_*, etc), and mixes theme stuff and configuration stuff.

I guess I should separate the concept of themes and configuration as mentioned in #134 (comment), this would make several features/issues/chores a bit easier, and remove a lot of friction with aadding new features, creating the theme subrepo, etc. (I just feel I often feel less inclined to work on some stuff solely because the configuration).

I'll add this as a blocker for features that I don't wanna work on until I separate this. Should be able to get started around this week and shouldn't take much time to get done.

That's the general idea, behavior in /etc/lidm.ini and a theme value to another filename in /usr/share/lidm/themes/<theme>.ini with colors and such.

Just waiting for me to find some energy to write that. Is there any interest in
this? that might help me find some motivation.

That's exactly the idea I have I mind, I'd have to check details with the current config but overall looks right. (except /etc, I'd still argue /usr/share, maybe for built-in available themes at least, but that's not serious and debatable).

If you want to sure. It's just that I feel it is a bit of a bulky change and I feel responsible for it. Shouldn't take me very long given I know how the macro mess in include/config.h works :P

Project philosophy, lidm started as a simple project on an ancient laptop aiming to be very lightweight, standalone, no dependencies or obsure headers, and managed to compile in sub-second times.

I feel like adding a dependency would break the essence of it. And anyways the current config parser should be consistent enough, at least for what lidm needs.
