Currently, diagnosis is run only when symptoms are first reported. If the user deletes some of their symptoms, the recorded diagnosis is technically not correct. The only way to make the symptoms match the diagnosis and medicine needed is to reset both symptoms and medicine, then report all their current symptoms again.
Recommend having a command to rerun diagnosis according to existing symptoms to mitigate this.
