I am new to Eagle (really NEW!, i'm a coder, not a PCB maker) and am using version 6.5 (Light Edition) and it appears that the schematics are intact, but the board files are either not completely linked to the sch files (producing ESC errors) and/or have components off board(?), thru-holes not complete?. I can update the components/BOM based on my breadboarding, but really wanted to use these Eagle files due to their form factor.
I am updating the supermod code; removing RS485 (code and chip), adding bitlash for rapid prototyping, reducing hex size (~18k right now, I 'can' get to fit a 168 chip but at current prices not sure if it is worth it), updating the Freescale driver to the one that is not obsolete, 16 vs 20mhz for cost reduction, etc... Breadboarding and simavr is fine and can proof my work, but I was hoping that I would be able order some boards using these 'old' files...
Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
