This could also potentially fix a bug, because Charlieton exclusives (like Slow Go, W Emblem) are already considered in the item pool, so you can obtain them twice, once from the AP item and once from his shop. I'd also guess that his other items like Ultra Shroom and Jammin' Jelly are also in the pool
