deploy lazy loading in format

We deployed lazy loading into this course format in version v1.1.2 2020062404
Will you be intrested in deploying this code into the new version for moodle 4.1+?

Hi Michal,
I've replaced all the expand/collapse code in the 4.x version, basing it on Moodle's new expand/collapse code instead. In Moodle 4.x, at least when using a theme that shows the course index, course data is sent via AJAX after the initial page load, for building the course index. I've used this data to kind of lazy load the list of activities for topics that were on a different page, then dragged and dropped via the course index onto the current page (but not for activities that were in collapsed topics). I'm not sure how this could work for themes that don't show the course index, though.
Given all this, there'd probably be significant changes needed to lazy-loading code for an older version, and I wonder if it might make more sense, in the long term, to look at adding lazy-loading code to the built-in Moodle Topics and Weekly formats. That way the code could, hopefully, be reused in a range of derived course formats.
