Cannot add or remove files on Chrome OS

I use Chrome OS, and when I use this, the calculator shows up, but is Read-only.

I have replicated the issue. In the ChromeOS file manager, the file manager does not let me transfer 8xp files. Here is a video for demonstration here.
I am running ChromeOS 114.0.5735.331 on a Dell Chromebook 3100, not the 2-in-1. My TI-84 Plus CE is a Revision I, running OS 5.3.0.0037.
