Add an option to build a static executable

Would be nice to be able to build a static executable (as an option), with all the dependencies compiled in.

I really want to see this static executable for inventory without anything else.
I'm looking for compilation of the source code but i have an error for SET_ENV and THANSTATION_PATH folders not found

The setup.sh script is meant for building inside thinstation.
A 'make all' should work fine

I'm not using a thinstation, juste basic computers with distros like RHEL, Fedora, Ubuntu
