Paper Plugins

How do i add paper plugins from modrinth directly into the docker-compose.yml without having to add the entire downloading link

ik that the plugins thing works if i take out the double quotes but i want an easier way to do this to automatically update them when restarting the server and just give it the name so i dont have to add download links
