Cant update to 1.21.4?

I have updated the container, restarted but still keep showing 1.21.3. i have it set to latest

do i need to add this then?
Type: "PAPER -e PAPER_CHANNEL=experimental"

Cause if i add that to the config i cont start the docker, gives me exit code:0 and stops

Sorry, that example section is confusing you. For compose environment variables it'll be:

      TYPE: PAPER
      PAPER_CHANNEL: experimental
