Minor errors in the Russian translation

Graphics settings menu has the name starting from lowercase "настройки графики", could use the text from PC version which has it just say "Графика" (Graphics)
Motion blur On and Off toggle says "Включена" and "Выключена" instead of the more accurate "Включено" and "Выключено" respectively

I would assign Bry to this, but he doesn't have a GitHub account. Assume this will be fixed in the next release, as the modified DCT files aren't part of the source code to AE.
