Remove deprecated hoeringsportal_project_timeline module

Description

The old timeline module hoeringsportal_project_timeline is deprecated and ready for removal. The module file explicitly states:

This module is deactiviated and can be deleted entirely.

The module's .info.yml description also indicates: "Provides timeline block for projects - Disabled, ready for removal"

Location

Directory: web/modules/custom/hoeringsportal_project_timeline/

Action Required

1. Verify the module is not enabled in any environment
2. Delete the entire hoeringsportal_project_timeline directory
3. Remove any references to this module in configuration if present
