Fix typos in __sk_buff.md documentation
Noticed some typos while reading through the docs. PACKET_HOST -- "Packet is addresses" should be "Packet is addressed" PACKET_OTHERHOST -- "packet to addressed" should be "packet is addressed", replacing "that it has been caught by" with "but has been caught by" reads better and makes the message clearer. PACKET_OUTGOING -- "Indicates that the packet originates from the local host and is looped back to a packet socket." is a bit more grammatically correct and easier to read than "indicates the packet originating from the local host that is looped back to a packet socket"
