qev — Third-Party Notices
=========================
qev is a modernized fork of libev and bundles a patched copy of wepoll. The

original components below remain under the BSD-2-Clause license of their
respective authors; the relevant source files retain those authors' copyright
notices, and the full license text is reproduced at the end of this file.
This file and LICENSE are installed together with the library, so a binary
distribution carries the notices the BSD-2-Clause terms require.
