Motion sensor on DS4?

There is a plugin for the motion input from controllers. Would it be possible to implement it? And rumble but it's not important and I don't know how it would work

Vivid takes motion data from system. If ds4motion doesn't provide it properly - it's ds4motion issue.

Rumble can be implemented (but it works only with minivitatv on vita)

So if I move the vita around it registers motion? And how could the DS4motion issue be resolved?

Yes, if you move vita around it registers motion.
As for ds4motion - no idea, ask it's author

Note that ds4motion is rather buggy

There is also an undocumented limitation: if the controller is activated before the kernel plugin initialization, DSMotion won't work. But it can be easily by-passed simply by shutting down the controller and turning it on again.
Maybe this is the issue you are meeting?

Possibly, because I only tested it I think 3 times and those times I probably did that
