[Feature Request] Setup Guide for Isaac Lab Projects

At the moment, when creating a new project in Isaac Lab, template project files will be created automatically. While this provides a good starting point, as a user, you would need to write the full logic as Python code mostly from scratch, which can be a relatively high barrier for getting started.

I was wondering whether it has already been considered to provide a guided setup wizard for Isaac Lab, defining the core logic and wiring components with each other, for instance

• Assets (USD files)
• Environment (tasks)
• MDP definition (observations, actions, rewards, terminations, etc.)
• Agent config (RL algorithm)
• Training and Evaluation scripts

Has such a feature already been discussed for future releases?
