Rendering issues with pagination in Bulma

The pagination numbers, when using the Bulma style, have a few rendering issues:

• Every button has a bullet point, except for the one to the right of the highlighted one;
• Page 1 button is slightly higher than the rest;
• When the list is long, it doesn't fit in one line and wraps;
• The text in the "Previous" and "Next page" buttons are not translated/localised.
