[Feature] Launcher install location

The current installer for the Invoke AI Launcher for Windows presumes that the user is okay with installing in the AppData folder. Not everyone is.

I get that it is tiny, but some users are very pedantic about installation locations. And sometimes, it is the companies or institution people need to use Invoke AI at that are picky about this. Please consider adding either:

• A step in the install asking where the user would like the launch to go.
• An "Advanced" or "Options" button where the user can choose this before installation takes place.

I was asked for install location... and then the launcher went and installed itself into AppData anyway!

i totally agree, it was very good before, now i have it installed on multiple locations. i do not understand, why did i choose the location during installation!

to the dev team, please make it real portable and let us install it in one folder.

The launcher location seems even pretty marginal compared to its own electron cache (200MB for me), and the uv cache.
As I was hinting in #54, there should be a "single install" setting (and it should probably be the default).
