Filenames too long to check out in Windows

These files cannot be written in Windows because their filenames are too long. For reference my repos rootdir is here:

When this issue is resolved I have to also change vspy to point to the new path.

@wskellenger-intrepid This is happening because the title was captured from the gitbook page's title. But we can increase limit to 4096 characters. You can refer to this, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22575662/filename-too-long-in-git-for-windows we just need to config git config --system core.longpaths true please, check and let me know.
