Following [https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary/issues/9047#issuecomment-2095187028](Scott's comment), I'd like to register a new bot as OpenReadsImportBot
Proposal & Constraints
The goal of this bot is to automatically create a book entry when a OpenReads patron creates one in the app, since the app already use a OpenLibrary search.
The bot will use the REST API, mainly the POST /api/import/ endpoint
