Bot to extract ISBNs from BWB source ids

There are some editions that have Better World Book source_records like "bwb:9780816672462" which is the ISBN_13 for the relevant edition, but don't have isbn_13 entries in OpenLibrary.

I have a bot that can detect this and add the ISBN.
