Similar to the PASTEFY_ENCRYPTION_DEFAULT variable, but to indicate that the "Paste expires" checkbox is enabled by default

Maybe an offset could be provided for such a setting? Currently when checking expiration date checkbox in the frontend the current date and time is the default (= instant expiration). This makes no sense in most cases I can imagine. It would be great to be able to define a default expiration date either per instance (.env) or user. This could be the same or a second environment variable.

Alternatively I could imagine shorthand buttons within the date selector to make expiration time selection more easily accessible ("in 1 hour", "in 1 day", "in 1 week")
