From the maestro.sh to the python version, how can we improve the search function?

Does it make sense to keep the class param when project param is mainly used?

Project is just the namespace, really handy if you want to combine more than one project (e.g. related projects) in one repository. Class does indeed make sense as it filters on common types of nodes. The problem with the current class is just, that it is not handled (and never will) the same way with different automation solutions. So there should be some 'greatest common factor' to base the search on, and it should be possible to combine classes, projects and node facet searches..
