Segmentation CIOD not up-to-date with latest standard

Bug description
The Segmentation CIOD in the DICOM standard browser is not up-to-date with the latest DICOM standard

Steps for reproduction

1. Go to e.g. https://dicom.innolitics.com/ciods/segmentation/segmentation-image/00620001 the Enumerated values show BINARY and FRACTIONAL.
2. Click on the 'view in standard' button (https://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/chtml/part03/sect_C.8.20.2.html#table_C.8.20-2) the Enumerated values show BINARY, FRACTIONAL and LABELMAP

Expected behavior
The Dicom standard browser is up-to-date with the latest DICOM standard
