Minor: Fixed window size, cannot adjust

I use a 34-inch ultra-watt screen monitor, so the window size is long and wide and cannot be adjusted. Would like to see the ability to adjust the window size.

Thanks both. Folding #39 in here since it's the same root cause: the dashboard window is currently fixed-size and ignores resize attempts. Two symptoms of it — on ultrawide it just opens too wide to use comfortably, and on Windows 11 (v1.6.2) the resize handle shows on hover but does nothing (window stuck at 3074×1312). Plan is to make the window properly resizable with a sane min/default size. Tracking here.
